Request advertising unit availability from multiple vendors based on the campaign criteria and media vehicles. 

Negotiate rates

Reach agreement on rates for each vendor. LMG MEDIA will go back and forth to get the client the lowest rate possible in order to come in below or at budget.

Place media buys 

Submit media buys to all the vendors and get confirmations within 48 hours.

Optimize added value and merchandising

Confirm guaranteed added value “free advertising” from all vendors or merchandising in the form of concert tickets, vacation trips or cruises valued at percentage of the budget spent.

Solidify traffic 

Ensure traffic instructions and creative has been delivered to outlets purchased.

Overall buy maintenance/stewardship and accountability 

Oversee of each schedule during the campaigns to ensure schedule airs as ordered or get make goods that are of equal or greater value. Maintain the budget within the approved parameters.

Conduct post buy analysis and reporting

Post schedules with each vendor based on what was ordered by campaign. Each vendor must deliver within the industry standards or guaranteed impressions for each campaign.
